Grilled Sausage & Vegetable Kabobs

Grilled Sausage Kabob with your choice of vegetables is a quick and easy lunch or dinner in less than 15 minutes. With each bite, the grilled meat and vegetables are fun and flavorful for you and your family.


  • 4 chicken sausage sliced into bite size pieces

  • 4 kabob skewers

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 small red onion chopped into bite size pieces

  • 1 yellow squash

  • 1/2 orange bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper chopped into bite size pieces

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • Mixed greens or any salad of your choice (optional)

Lets cook the delicious kabobs!

  1. In a bowl put bell peppers, sausage, onion, squash, basil, oregano, paprika and olive oil. Mix the ingredients together.

  2. Thread the ingredients onto the skewers.

  3. Heat an indoor grill pan on medium heat and add butter.

  4. Grill for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally, until you can see sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

  5. Remove and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve with your choice of greens or any salad.
