Ingredients:
2 cups bread flour
1/4 oz pack of active dry yeast
5 cloves of garlic chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of dried oregano and basil
Salt to taste
1 cup of warm water
Butter
Let's make the Garlic Naan

In a bowl put one cup of bread flour, oregano, basil, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.
Mix yeast in warm water and pour into the mix. Use a spoon or hands to mix the ingredients together. Slowly add the remaining one cup of flour while mixing the ingredients.
Grease a separate bowl with olive oil and transfer the mix. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll into oval shape. If the balls are sticky, lightly sprinkle the surface with flour before rolling into the shape.
Grease pan with butter on medium high heat and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from pan and apply butter and serve warm.
